Role Expectations:
Ongoing sales performance over-achievement i.e. Quota Crushing
Learn and apply leading edge sales system/methodology
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and markets for leads and lead generation
Qualify and Close leads through cold calling
Conduct sales presentations and product demos via the phone & internet
Use a CRM to manage prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
Maintain a customer relationship management database
Opportunity to attend tradeshows and conferences
Candidate Profile:
B2B Sales Experience with a quantifiable track-record of Top 15 sales performance Previous Staffing, Software/Business Consulting or similar experience is a plus
Sales stars with a sustained track-record of top production, a nose for identifying and closing business with a hunter's mentality
3+ years of sales experience working directly B2B over the phone and via chat/ instant messaging
Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Must have exceptional organizational, time management skills and a professional demeanor
Our Sales Leaders are top producers who function with minimal supervision, don't believe in micro-management and desire to be the CEO of their own sales business
Needs to be able to maintain high energy and enthusiasm and work well in a team atmosphere
Candidate should be flexible and capable of adapting quickly to a changing environment.
Exceptional PC skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook requiredmust have strong internet skills.
