Sales Executive
Reporting to our VP Worldwide Sales, this field role is focused new enterprise-class customer acquisition.
The successful candidate has a track record of meeting quotas, is highly energetic; and an accomplished consultative sales person.
Key Responsibilities
• New account acquisition focused.
• Develop pipeline through networking, calling, events, inbound marketing lead hand offs.
• Qualify sales leads.
• Create relationships with prospects and support them to discover the Orbis value proposition and how it relates to their business.
• Articulate and demonstrate business value to prospects via ROI models and business cases.
• Provide information and collateral, answer their questions and educate prospects.
• Co-ordinate web and in person product showcases. Collaborate with product specialists to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Understand the pace at which the prospect can work and when they are likely to buy; accordingly provide information and insights relevant to the position in the sales journey.
• Develop leads through to deal close.
• Stay abreast of Orbis MRM offering and value proposition.
• Understand the product well enough to articulate the value of features.
• Learn and use language appropriate to different industries in Orbis' target markets.
Skills & Experience
• A minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the software, and ideally, SAAS industry.
• Experience in Marketing Software and an understanding of how marketing departments operate.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Goal oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently but within a team environment.
