The successful candidate must possess an unbelievably strong work ethic, intelligence, sense of urgency, positive attitude, persistence, tenacity, desire to win EVERY day, and be coachable. The Account Executives primary responsibility is to manage an assigned New Business Territory surpassing quota. They will be required to keep all account status information current, achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals, maintain an aggressive lead pipeline, and place outbound calls in support of sales and marketing programs. The objectives will align with the companys core values: ensure that customers are treated with respect, promote a team environment in which diversity of ideas, opinions, and backgrounds are respected and valued, conduct business with uncompromising integrity, set and attain ambitious goals, and execute to win. In addition, this candidate maintains current knowledge of all products, services, and competition.
Currently this position is open in our Corporate Headquarters in Waltham, MA reporting to the Director of the Sales & Recruiting Client Group.
Additional Responsibilities:
Work in a team environment to drive and close new business over the telephone.
Cold call.
Schedule and deliver online product demos.
Generate accurate forecasts and pipelines within Salesforce.com.
Ability to target the right prospects by understanding what clients we work within key vertical markets and how we are getting their peers quick ROI.
Attend meetings prepared and agrees to follow through on all directives by management.
Additional Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of successful sales with proven quota attainment a record of exceeding quota consistently in the Top 10 of your firm.
Ability to qualify leads, cold call, and build relationships.
Understand how to deliver a compelling message.
Experience being conversant with all levels.
High degree of confidence throughout the sales cycle.
Experience selling transactional as well as enterprise solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a can do attitude, balancing multiple tasks.
Have the discipline and motivation to work independently.
Knowledge of the business intelligence market.
Working knowledge of CRM or Salesforce.com is a plus.
Qualifications/Education
BS/BA degree or equivalent.
Sales and lead development training is recommended.
Compensation
Base salary commensurate with experience.
Commission (uncapped).
