Axiom Insourcing engagements (secondments) enable General Counsel to make smart resourcing decisions that reduce fixed investments and/or over-reliance on expensive law firms. Structurally, secondments can be part or full time, remote or onsite. Secondments couple the flexibility and expertise of a law firm with the cost efficiency and integration of in-house counsel.

Axiom is the leader in end-to-end management and delivery of law departments? most operationally intensive functions (e.g., commercial contracts, derivatives agreements, and compliance activities). We deliver process efficiencies to our clients through diagnostic and solutions design expertise, rigorous workflow management methodology and our multi-shore delivery infrastructure. Axiom takes full ownership of outsourcing teams under multiyear arrangements and, we are responsible for hitting SLAs.
Projects combine professional project management with smart technology and tools to tackle complex contract remediation, governmental inquiries, and litigation. The result is increased quality, accuracy, and lower risk. Our approach dramatically reduces cost as well, often by more than 50% or more, through a combination of lower labor rates, increased efficiency and the reduction of management overhead and re-work usually incurred by law firms.
In a depressed global economy, Axiom will nonetheless grow nearly 15% in 2013 and finish the year with revenue in excess of $160 million. In early 2013, the company completed a private equity financing round with Carrick Capital Partners, a firm with significant BPO experience. General Partners include the former CEO/Founder of the company that created the HR BPO industry (other Axiom investors include Benchmark Capital). In the past year several key executives joined the senior management team, and the company embarked upon a 3 year plan, the goal of which is cumulative annual revenue growth in excess of 30%.
New Client-Centric Model at Axiom
Fortune 500 corporate legal departments face a set of broad and diverse needs. They are asking how to do more with less while still creating increased value for the business. Axiom is evolving its go-to-market strategy from a products/services led model to a more holistic and comprehensive client-centric model. This change in structure allows Axiom to better support our clients across a number of different solutions by leveraging all aspects of the business.
What We Are Looking For
Axiom is seeking a highly capable and commercially-oriented General Manager, Account Executive to both maintain and grow relationships with large global clients, while achieving sales and profit growth goals. The Account Executive will have ultimate global responsibility for planning, managing and executing on account growth strategy for a handful of our most important client relationships.
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader with a track record of success in business development and client service roles. This is a significant business owner role within a dynamic growth company.
The Account Executive will:
Own and execute the growth plan for a current portfolio of key clients and new targets within a global industry vertical
Account management functions as GM of the account: directing sales, finance, product/service, R&D inputs
Responsible for new growth (new solutions/deals) and growth on existing (new volume or new services within existing solutions)
Manage pipeline and profitability of the account
Lead origination, client development and account management efforts within identified accounts to achieve rapid revenue growth
Manage internal relationships within a highly matrixed team to ensure client success
Manage the coordination of multiple stakeholders within the organization, particularly within the client relationship and across the various service lines
Lead, coach, mentor and develop the account team including relationship managers and others responsible for originating opportunities and leading hiring efforts to scale teams with growth
Work closely with the Solutions Sales team, the Insourcing team and the Delivery organization aligned to the accounts
Capture and execute best practices across client development and post-sale engagement management activities
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with decision making

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
7+ years of client development experience in a professional services environment or selling B2B solutions to F500 C-level decision makers, preferably within the Outsourcing sector, with a proven track record of success
Knowledge of consultative services/solution selling
Must be able to perform all of Axiom?s functions as GM of the account: sales, finance, influence product/service R&D, etc.
Keen ability to build laterally and nurture client relationships
Ability to engage with c-level executives and to originate opportunities for transformative solutions
Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage and inspire others
Significant project management experience and meticulous attention to detail
Superb time management, judgment, decision-making and problem solving skills
Ability to thrive in both individual and collaborative team environments
Expert high-impact communication and presentation capabilities
High emotional intelligence and innate ability to focus on client needs
Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel)

Legally eligible to work in the United States
MBA from top-tier school preferred
Bachelor?s degree required
