With the launch of a revolutionary new product, our account base is growing and we
need to find technical account executives to join our client-facing Service Delivery
team. The successful candidates need to be technically savvy, bright, imaginative and
? Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager as a friendly, reliable and capable
team member ? Accountable for the day-to-day management of your pooled client accounts
including regular communication and status updates ? Arrange and attend meetings with clients ? Develop relationships with assigned/pooled clients, agencies and vendors to
maintain revenue from assigned accounts ? Work with Account Managers and clients to uncover client business needs and
objectives ? Work with Account Managers to develop client strategies and advise on
potential solutions and growth opportunities ? Assist Account Managers by creating proposals and helping present to clients ? Take direction from ? Collaborate with other Professional Service teams to implement proposals,
marketing strategy and monitor effectiveness ? Create and present reports ? Provide technical / product solution advice ? Identify and capitalise on opportunities ? Prioritise and manage client issues and problems to resolution, escalating as
required ? Provide client training
? Degree from reputable university
? Technically strong ? Excellent communicator ? Excellent written and grammatical skills ? Enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative ? Your skills must include exposure and understanding of web, e-commerce and
