The Account Executive reports into the Account Director and will be responsible for flawlessly executing, delivering, tracking, and reporting value for strategic Recyclebank partnerships to drive incremental business. The role will also encompass partnership marketing, loyalty marketing, and consumer marketing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage overall relationship with partners (i.e. support end-to-end technology integration, coordinate partner communications, report results, etc.)
• Execute on strategy for driving new business through existing and new partnerships
• Direct, plan, and execute direct marketing and promotional campaigns to stimulate interest and participation in new partnership programs with Recyclebank
• Develop relationships with strategic external partners (negotiate contracts, execute/implement partner into program, enhance the customer experience, drive acquisition, and promote loyalty)
• Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Rewards, Technology, Operations, Product, etc.) to ensure strategies align with business goals
• Identify and cultivate cross-sell/up-sell opportunities with partners

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of strategic implementation, account management or project management experience
• Experience working in and leading in a fast moving function
