Find and develop new business through sales leads, cold calling and relationship building.
Manage the sales process from beginning to end by maintaining a prospect database and sales pipeline.
Manage and prioritize sales training, sales calls and sales leads throughout the entire selling process.
Participate in individual planning sessions and department sales meetings.
Attain Monthly/YTD Quota as described in Airband?s Sales Activity Model.
Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.
Maintain up-to-date records and manage opportunities, accounts, and contacts within Salesforce database.
Keep updated on industry changes in technology and marketplace opportunities.
3+ years Telecom experience selling Voice and Data Solutions to businesses preferred but not required.
Proven sales experience, including quota attainment and account management.
Strong negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, self-directed, energetic and well organized.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Proficient computer skills.
