Noetix, recipient of the prestigious SIIA Codie Award for Best Business Intelligence or Knowledge Management Solution is looking to expand its Account Executive sales team. This outside sales position involves direct selling and managing them to closure. It requires working with prospects and customers and executing an effective territory strategy that drives product and services revenue growth. This position can be based out of the Pittsburgh area, but will require 50% travel with the territory. Candidates must have working experience selling in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications and/or major BI Platform experience such as Cognos, Business Objects, MSBI, and Informatica within the BI or high-tech software industry to be considered.
Core Deliverables and Responsibilities:
Direct sales of software and services into the Pittsburgh-Ohio region, and the state of New Jersey.
Management and development of installed customer accounts
Territory planning and forecasting of geography and Enterprise accounts.
50% travel within the territory
Working effectively in a virtual team environment (with sales consulting, consulting, inside sales & support)
5-10 years of successful enterprise applications sales
Strategic sales experience selling major ERP solutions is required
Experience with the Oracle EBS applications and/or major BI Platform experience such as: Cognos, Business Objects, MSBI, and Informatica is required
High-energy personality with drive and ?hunter? mentality is a must
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline to appropriate levels
Working functional knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
Working technical knowledge of BI tools and architectures
Ability to communicate effectively with both IT and end user departments
Education / Training / Certification:
Bachelor?s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or related field and/or equivalent work experience in software sales preferred
