Account Executive - Private Companies Axial
The Private Companies (PC) sales team at Axial is responsible for recruiting and introducing owners and operators of private companies to intermediary Members on the Axial network. PC Account Executives are highly effective communicators who are able to correspond with senior level executives across various industries and enterprise sizes.
PC Account Executives are resourceful sales professionals who employ a consultative approach to helping CEOs, business owners, and entrepreneurs achieve their long-term growth, financing, or exit objectives through the use of our tools and products. We are passionate about helping private companies achieve the best outcome possible for their businesses.
As a PC Account Executive, your day will be composed of three primary activities. First is outbound prospecting to engage owners and operators of private companies. Second is onboarding these private companies and connecting them with investment bankers, M&A advisors, and other Members of the Axial Network. Third is ongoing education, training, and relationship management to ensure private companies continue to engage with Members.
You will achieve success by generating high levels of new conversations, effectively training private companies to engage with Members, and demonstrating how these companies can reach their longer-term goals more successfully with the help of our Members. Track record of over-achieving goals in prior positions
History of setting goals and achieving them, in the classroom, playing field, or in business
Prior participation in a winning team environment
0-2 years of trained sales experience OR financial services experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors Degree or higher
