Opportunity
The Account Executive is a critical online Ad Sales support function with the primary mission of facilitating the internal requirements of developing sales opportunities, meeting client needs and driving seamless sales team execution. This position is in our New York Office.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a smart and experienced Online Advertising Account Executive to work closely with assigned Sales Directors to manage agency relationships and deliver successful digital media campaigns. Overall, this position is ideal for someone who is highly detail oriented, can thrive in a deadline driven environment and has a very good working knowledge of the digital media advertising process including:
Facilitate and synchronize ?ideation? process amongst Ad Sales team, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders in order to meet client needs based on Healthline capabilities and product suiteAssist in managing Healthline?s social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Google+ & Youtube) and promoting content on Digg, Reddit, and Stumbleupon)
Work with agency counterparts and Ad Operations team to integrate & manage advertisers' 3rd party ad serving platform
Assist in day-to-day management of campaigns and communicate with respective agency counterparts
Excellent communication skills and marketing instincts
Be able to manage post sale campaign process including delivery reporting review, optimization opportunities and ensure contract fulfillment

Requirements
2-3 years experience at a major online publisher in sales / support OR 2-3 years experience at a digital agency in planning or buying group
Strong analytical skills
Strong understanding of DART, ATLAS, Media Visor, Operative, Comscore, @Plan, and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Bachelors degree required
Teamwork skills essential; sense of humor required; overdeveloped egos must be checked at the door
