Account Executive PeopleMatter

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Sell products and services to an assigned geographic base territory ranging in size from $5k to $60k per deal.
? Understand and present PeopleMatter?s product offerings and competitive advantages.
? Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns.
? Develop account penetration strategies and close business.
? Develop thorough understanding of each account?s industry and business.
? Create and maintain accounts in SalesForce (CRM system) and log and track all activity.
? Sell products via GoTo Meeting and Telephone
? Live and promote PeopleMatter values, brand, and mission.
? Travel: 10%, for occasional trade shows
? All other duties as assigned.
? College degree or equivalent experience
? 2 or more years experience positioning, selling and/or implementing complex technology and/or software solutions
? Experience selling technology and/or software preferred
? Positive and professional demeanor
? Excellent written & verbal communication
? Highly organized and strong time management skills
? Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
