To help support our amazing growth, we are seeking smart and motivated Inside Sales Representatives/Account Executives. We have a clear vision for the future and we need YOU to take us to the next level.
As an Inside Sales Representative/Account Executive, you will use your experience and skills to prospect, cultivate, and ultimately close business.
? New customer acquisition (full cycle sales; prospect to close) and target achievement with Fortune 2000 companies
? Maintain a high level of Fiberlink (MaaS360) solution expertise and competitive intelligence
? Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your pipeline
? Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process.
? Provide compelling product demos via the phone- emphasizing service features and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders
? Develop sales plans in order to achieve individual and company goals
? Serve as a key point of contact for all cross functional teams in addition to Fiberlink strategic partners/carriers
? Submit accurate and complete information in Salesforce.com
? Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges
? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota objectives
? Represent yourself and Fiberlink in a highly professional manner
? Must have at least 2 years of experience in a full cycle technical sales role.
? A 4-year degree is desired, but not required
? Ability to prospect via phone and email
? Top notch listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to establish rapport at multiple levels of decision makers
? Skilled in negotiation and problem solving
? Experience managing sales cycles from prospect to close
? Strong understanding of technical concepts and mobile technology
? Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
? Prominent organization, presentation and time management skills
? Ability to learn and apply product knowledge in a timely fashion
? Travel may be required, up to 25%
