Xactly Corporation is seeking a high-energy, motivated SMB Sales Account Executive to work within a dynamic, fast-growing company.
? Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual new revenue targets through consultative selling
? Identify, qualify and close new business leads and sales opportunities in the Small & Medium Size (SMB) business
market for Xactly?s Incentive Compensation Management Software-as-a-Service
? Prospect for new business opportunities via the phone, email and networking in your assigned territory
? Deliver compelling, online demonstrations of the Xactly service
? Identify and define Xactly?s value and ROI to prospective customers
? Negotiate contract closures
? Provide accurate and timely sales opportunity forecast reports
? Use Salesforce.com to track, analyze, and manage sales performance and activities
? Develop territory and account plans
? Effectively identify and resolve concerns
? Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and revenue objectives
? Applicants must have previously earned in the range of $60,000 to $100,000 in a year
? BS/BA and minimum of 3 years of successful experience selling business solutions, such as applications
software, web-hosted products or other financial, business, CRM or ERP solutions
? A track record of consistently exceeding quota and revenue goals
? Experience building a qualified pipeline and identifying deals that you can close
? Demonstrated ability to create leads and opportunities from your own prospecting efforts, leveraging your
contacts and existing accounts and partners
? A thorough understanding of account management & the strategic selling process
? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with internal and external clients
? Previous experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
? Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
? Willing to risk failure, to be coached, and to continually try new things
