Account Executive - SMB Net New Sales Five9
Five9, Inc. is the market-leader in cloud based call center solutions for contact centers globally. With the cloud call center industry in a high growth mode, Five9 is adding to its expanding SMB Sales Team.
Position Summary:
Five9, Inc. is seeking highly motivated Net New Sales Executives to generate and close new sales opportunities.

San Ramon, CA
Primary Responsibilities:
Immediate follow-up on assigned lead flow
Generate new business opportunities
Build and manage a sales pipeline
Accurately forecast sales opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI?s and monthly quota
Articulate company value proposition
Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
Track and manage opportunities in a CRM system (Salesforce.com) following standard Five9 internal sales process
Develop proficiency on all assigned Five9 service offerings and systems
Represent a professional image in all communications
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of sales/sales development experience in a high-tech environment
Excellent sales and presentation skills via the phone, email and web-conference
Demonstrated success in closing business over the phone
Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience making a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent required
Recommended:
Knowledge of Contact Center Technology and Terms
Cloud based offerings and VoIP
Previous experience with Salesforce.com CRM
Software-as-a-Service Applications experience and understanding
