The Account Executive for Client Services is responsible for the management of revenue creation and service delivery with Utility Service Providers. The position will handle partner relations, assist in contract negotiations, process management, sales development and manage all day-to-day issues with Utility Partner. This position will create the account plan for each Utility Partner managed and then actively manage this account plan by working very closely with the Utility Partner key contacts. The account plan will include implementing various tactics that that lead to revenue growth for Allconnect through call volume transfers and product delivery. The position is key to the fulfillment of a strong relationship with our Utility Partners and should seek to broaden the relationship with each account. The position will analyze and communicate results both internally and externally and determine strategies for improving revenue generation and service delivery. Responsibilities also include monitoring of contract provisions, ensuring that the technology connections are functioning properly and that activities are noted in CRM management tool.
Success will be measured on generating call volume being sent to Allconnect from Utility Partners and revenue generated from these calls. Success also comes with Allconnect?s ability to sell products and services on behalf of the Utility, creating web linkages between websites, implementing marketing tactics, and growing our solution set to new types of services provided.
Creation of account plans for Utility Partners. Account plan includes the tactics to be used such as promotions, incentives, training, call center meetings, reporting, awareness, etc.
Monitor account activity (i.e. volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incident reports, escalations, corrective action reporting, performance plans, trends, etc.) to ensure the relationships are profitable and amicable. Communicate this information effectively with key account contacts.
Formulate effective relationship building strategies with various levels at Utility Partner.
Identify new revenue opportunities with existing accounts that includes selling new Utility products, and implementing new programs.
Engage internal resources to assist with key program initiatives primarily involving Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Legal.
Ensure contract obligations are met. Negotiate new contracts as required.
Develop new tactical plans that work well at Utility Partner and grows the overall business.
Ability to develop strong relationships with Utility Partner accounts and ability to manage a complex set of topics.
Detail oriented person that can manage a long list of action items with multiple accounts and have the ability to prioritize what is important.
Ability to create winning account plans and strong project management skills to manage all activities that come from the account plan that gains client support and commitment.
Strong in research, analysis, problem solving.
Highly developed communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills all towards creating win-win solutions. Ability to work at all levels with our Utility Partner accounts from call center representatives to department VPs.
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work closely and collaboratively with multiple departments and managers.
Minimum of 5 years experience managing client partnerships, or managing business accounts.
Proven track record of selling new solutions to clients.
Significant xperience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and other reporting software.
Exceptional project management skills to implement solutions sold to clients, implement tactics agreed upon with client, and manage the long list of day-to-day issues.
Must be able to travel as required as relationship building with clients is critical to position success.
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of a Partner company.
