The Peoplefluent Workforce Compliance and Diversity Division (WCAD) is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager. This senior sales position is responsible for the sales of Affirmative Action, Compliance, and Diversity solutions to new customer accounts within a specified territory to companies with greater than 5,000 employees.
The candidate must have proven experience selling complex consulting and/or software solutions to the human resources organizations in F500 enterprise accounts, preferably in the affirmative action and workforce diversity marketplace. We are looking to hire a true new business ?hunter? with the ability to deploy strategic multi-level selling techniques to close new business accounts.
? Identifies and manages new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
? Establishes strategic relationships with senior management executives.
? Develops and executes a territory business plan, per the company guidelines.
? Understands industry trends, product capabilities and customer requirements.
? Ability to execute complex selling strategies to win business.
? Works with sales consultants to develop winning product demonstrations.
? Responsible for meeting assigned sales quotas.
? Responsible for maintaining all records of account activities and sales forecasts in Salesforce.com
? Provides assistance and support for requests for information or proposals in assigned territory.
? Experience selling complex consulting and/or software solutions to the human resources organizations in F500 enterprise accounts, preferably in the affirmative action and workforce diversity marketplace.
? True new business ?hunter? focus with the ability to deploy strategic multi-level selling techniques to close new business deals.
? Demonstrated ability to understand business issues, apply solutions to solve the business problems and define the value proposition and related ROI to the customer.
? Proven track record of quota achievement and success selling software and/or consulting services to executives, from the business champion to the SVP HR/CFO/CEO level.
? Good knowledge of strategic selling methodologies and marketing techniques.
? Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
? Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Effective communication and presentation skills.
