Account Executive - Western Region Indicee

Successfully negotiate and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Develop a territory strategy to penetrate vertical markets, leveraging team resources including inside sales and marketing/demand generation support
Gain access to and build relationships within the VP/C-suite
Articulate value propositions to senior executives and gain credibility in a complex sale
Succeed in a team selling environment, partnering with inside sales and business development
Consistently forecast monthly and quarterly performance within a 10% margin of error from actual bookings
Attend and participate in trade shows by speaking and/or creating networking engagement opportunities with prospective clients
Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
Skills & Experience
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quota in a Field Sales role
5-7 years experience selling cloud based SaaS or Business Intelligence Solutions
Proven success with a minimum quota of $1.5M/year in a hunter role with consistent overachievement of goals
A healthy sense of urgency and a strong drive to succeed
Superior influencing skills and a commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction
A well-developed network and strong understanding of social platforms such as Chatter, Jive, Yammer, etc.
High levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do
The ability to work well in an entrepreneurial environment and ?wear multiple hats? when necessary
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Experience selling add-on applications to the Salesforce.com platform a plus.
It is anticipated that the qualified candidate will have a Bachelors Degree. Advanced Degrees are preferred, but not required
Compensation will be influenced by the selected candidate, but will consist of competitive base salary plus commission based on an agreed upon quota and equity.
