Account Executives - Inside Sales HotPads

To date, the focus within HotPads has been on acquiring consumer traffic through unique user data, tools and products, reaching over 4.0 million visitors in January of this year. The focus will remain on aggressive traffic growth, but as important will be the acquisition of customers through our suite of value-add products. For a select few, high achieving-sales executives, this opportunity will present a true "blue oceans" opportunity in the acquisition of new customers and revenue.
Essential Duties:
Inside Sales Executives responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business, using a consultative sales method and offering value driven online business-to-business media solutions to property managers in the multi and single-family industry, as well as real estate agents and brokers.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will be financially driven, highly disciplined and have an exceptionally strong work ethic. Additionally they will enjoy a team environment and the desire to exceed revenue goals. We want ambitious, driven individuals. Additional qualifications include:
- Proficient use of internet and computer literacy
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Planning and organization skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A desire to learn our industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
