Account Lead Gotuit Media
Position Summary:
The Account Lead will successfully develop excellent client relationships and ensure that our clients receive the highest possible level of value from Digitalsmiths products and services.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage day-to-day client relationships from both a strategic and operational perspective.
Develop collaborative trusting relationships between Digitalsmiths and clients.
Establish deep knowledge of all client strategic objectives, roadmaps and contractual obligations.
Advocate for clients within Digitalsmiths; advocate for Digitalsmiths within clients; drive a high level
of responsiveness between Digitalsmiths and clients.
Communicate with extreme efficiency and effectiveness to all levels within the client organization.
Constantly reinforce Digitalsmiths thought leadership within the client environment.
Maximize and monitor Digitalsmiths product/service utilization and value to clients.
Serve as the client?s primary escalation point and demonstrate excellent mediation skills.
Identify, assess and manage direct and indirect competitive threats.
Discover and lead inside sales opportunities to expand Digitalsmiths client footprint.

Requirements:
Experience developing trusted consultative relationships with clients.
Background in consultative sales, customer management or program/product management with experience in Media and Entertainment industries.
Track record leading cross-organizational teams.
Strong knowledge base of current internet, social media, and entertainment technologies.
Startup experience with an entrepreneurial attitude and spirit.
Extraordinary communication and organizational skills.
Undergraduate Degree. A MBA preferred. Project Management experience a plus.
Location is flexible. Raleigh/Durham, NY, LA, SF, Denver preferable.
Ability to travel as necessary on short notice.
