Account Management (AM) Marketing Manager Autotask

The AM Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Global Marketing Programs and work in close collaboration with the Account Management team. This mid-management role is primarily responsible for defining and executing the strategic, tactical and logistical aspects of AM marketing programs.
Defines optimal program mix to generate revenue opportunities with the existing customer base
Plans, executes and promotes events (on and offline) for assigned territory
Works closely with online marketing coordinator to ensure effective use of online marketing funds and ensure KPIs are met
Leverages (and modifies as needed) content from the Corporate Marketing team to support marketing programs including email campaigns, online marketing campaigns, webinars, event materials and direct download campaigns
Manages internal and external resources (creative staff, agencies) to ensure successful execution of programs
Provides webinar scheduling input and promotional strategy
Works closely with lead processing team to ensure inquiries are captured and accurately assigned within acceptable timeframe (24-hours in most cases)
Collects, organizes and presents AM team feedback on enablement tools to Director of Programs and Communications for consideration
Provides direction for AM team to leverage various social channels (e.g., LinkedIn Groups) as needed to promote programs activities (i.e., events) as deemed appropriate
Budget and Planning
Aggregates marketing data for assigned territories to track performance and trends
Assists in building marketing forecasts by territory
Maintains integrity of budget and planning documents
Minimum Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or a related field
5 years professional experience in marketing, technology related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
Extremely proactive, with excellent follow-through
Minimum intermediate knowledge of MS Office tools particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Minimum intermediate knowledge of standard marketing tools, i.e., email marketing, CRM, online meeting platforms
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator a plus
