The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Account Manager will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the VP of Client Services of any problems that may arise.
Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client. Works closely with Business Development & Innovations for up-sell opportunities and new implementations.
Ensures invoices are received and processed (work with budget office).
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met.
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Business development teams.
Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to senior HH leadership or others as necessary to complete clients? request.
Provides regular communication between the client and team using the tiered approach, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
Reports to the VP of Client Services, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis
Account Management experience in Healthcare (preferred), banking or finance
Strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must have strong oral and written communications skills required
Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment and with multiple projects
Minimum Education and Experience:
College Degree Required
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
