Summary: This position is an account management and maintenance position. This person spends 100 of their time in the field supporting the implementation and maintenance of appropriate account management. This person is responsible for supporting one or more sales specialists. Their primary duties shall include in-servicing physician offices, pathology, and physicians on our product, the logistics associated with the use of our product, and procedures related to reimbursement. This person is also responsible for interacting with client services to insure that problems surfacing in their territories are resolved, as well as adjusting processes where appropriate to account for changing field dynamics.

Essential Responsibilities & Desired Outcomes include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Direct field contact with customers
In-service new clients/facilities in the field
Establish and maintain contact with a targeted list of customer in the role of account maintenance
Manage client communications and using professional and clinical skills to solve client issues and enhance user's knowledge of the processes and procedures to follow when utilizing our product
Respond to physician office and pathology requests, redirecting when appropriate
Establish contacts with physicians offices that will allow optimal specimen volume flow and resolution of issues as they arise
Record all client interactions in the CRM system
Integrate processes with sales specialists and client services in order to maintain seamless and effective communications with customers
Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal departments

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, Standard Operating Procedures. Effectively presents information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database management.

Ability to complete on-call status on rotational basis with other team members
