Description
As an account manager you will drive the growth Domo?s products, services, and solutions. The account manager will collaborate with sales, professional services, support and marketing to facilitate the process of developing and delivering Domo?s products, services, and solutions. Other duties include active participation in the development of key marketing communications for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage existing accounts. Expand current sales levels and understand changing customer needs to insure proper fulfillment of sales.
Reach all assigned sales goals.
Help with the account management plan
Successfully transitioning a customer from sales to implementation
Engage with customers to insure satisfaction
Renewals (existing ASP and future subscription)
Required experience:
Minimum 4-year degree.
Demonstrated results in the solutions-based selling process
Demonstrable knowledge of account management (planning, prospecting and closing)
Ability to work in a fluid/changing market place.
Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers
Basic computer skills are necessary to manage assigned duties.
Maintain accurate client communication
Great verbal and written skills
