THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Account Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of business service accounts who want to buy in bulk from MOO - from initial inquiry through purchase and re-order. MOO for Business customers are companies who have a passion for how their brand is uniquely presented in their markets. Your success will be measured by meeting and exceeding revenue goals, the return rate and the satisfaction levels of these business service accounts. You will be a self-starter who thrives in a multi-tasking environment, comfortable navigating web-based systems and have a passion for customer service and success. Enthusiastic and reactive, you appreciate the start-up spirit.
Serve as first line of contact with inbound inquiries from small and mid-size business accounts across the US
Respond to inquiries from business accounts in a timely fashion.
Conduct business both electronically and via phone using exceptional communication skills. Able to listen carefully, understand requirements and respond with urgency while managing communications with multiple accounts simultaneously
Identify, qualify and prospect accounts and grow strategic relationships
Maintain record of customer interactions via salesforce.com
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Manage a base of accounts while simultaneously pursuing new account opportunities by targeting small and mid-size business
Help us develop the optimal MOO selling strategy for small and mid-size accounts throughout US. Help the business gain a thorough understanding of who buys and why they buy through methodical testing and reporting.
Keep timely and accurate forecasts of account orders and re-orders
Understand and resolve client concerns or issues. Ability to work with internal systems and multiple office locations within MOO to resolve concerns of customers
Provide feedback to other departments with regard to product requirements and enhancements
Champion the MOO customer, keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do
3+ years experience in selling and/or account management in a technology company
Excellent written (email) and oral (phone) communication skills
Proven attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
Self motivated and able to work independently and at the same time apply teamwork across departments to accomplish goals
Passion for customer service and timely response. Prior experience in working with small businesses a strong plus.
Equipped with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit
Solid problem solving skills
Prior experience with Salesforce.com a strong plus
Interest in design is helpful.
