Account Manager Cardlytics
Description
In partnership with our sales team, we seek an advertising professional to deliver new advertising clients, create and maintain campaigns and support overall company revenue growth efforts. Acting as the primary point-of-contact for merchant clients, you will lead the day-to-day management and optimization of merchant campaigns.
Additionally, you will perform the following responsibilities:
Create and edit ad copy for merchants.
Represent merchant needs and goals within Cardlytics to ensure quality.
Understand company capabilities and services and effectively communicate all offerings to merchant clients.
Master and maintain vast knowledge of merchant's business, competition and latest industry news and trends.
Author strategic analysis of campaigns and provide recommendations for future media plans.
Proactively find new ways to build the client?s business and grow accounts.
Monitor agency/merchant budgets and manage billing process for accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with Bank Client Service team to be sure complete understanding of Bank compliance requirements for merchants and communicate merchant expectations for programs.
Work with the development team to integrate merchant requests and needs into Cardlytics systems.
Support Sales Directors in responding to client requests and special projects.
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree or higher.
2+ years interactive account management and/or online media planning and buying.
Superior media and analytical skills.
Heavy attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent business writing technique.
Effective project management and time management skills.
Experience in taking ownership of a project and seeing it through to completion.
Skilled negotiator.
Technical skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge and use of 3rd Party Ad tracking and analytic tools: Google Analytics, Atlas, DART, etc.
