Account Manager PeopleAdmin

The Account Manager is responsible for working with existing PeopleAdmin customers to deepen our strategic relationships, facilitate successful use of our solutions, up-sell more products and services, and ensure customer retention. The Account Manager will accomplish these objectives with customers in an assigned geographic region by clearly communicating the value of PeopleAdmin products, services, product roadmap and strategy.
?Customer relationship management and development with key stakeholders
?Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization
?Proactively identify and foster new sales of platform upgrade projects, add-on product modules, professional services, and integrations
?Develop an understanding of customer organizations, systems and processes to align with new products and services
?Conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends
?Represents a knowledgeable and professional image to customer organizations
?Strong sales and presentation skills
?Strong leadership and customer management skills
?Ability to learn and convey technical solutions quickly
?Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple activities
?Excellent problem solving skills and high degree of patience
?Some travel required
?Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of experience in customer facing technical role with a software company
?Experience leading customer meetings and presenting to executives
?Experience working for a SaaS company a major plus
?Experience as an Account Manager or Sales Representative a plus
