SUMMARY:
We are looking for an outgoing, highly organized Account Manager to handle the day-to-day communication and to coordinate the implementation of marketing programs for a portfolio of clients. The Account Manager will own the client relationship beginning at the close of the sale, throughout the entirety of the marketing campaigns. This position is ultimately the responsible for the success of the marketing initiatives for our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a positive relationship between Volusion and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction with support in achieving online marketing objectives
Understands the components of SEO, PPC, Shopping Feed marketing strategies and applies them in making decisions
Works intimately with the client and the marketing team to develop and execute SEO, PPC, Shopping Feed marketing programs
Recognizes client needs and generates innovative, creative ideas and solutions in a timely manner
Takes ownership of complex customer issues, identifies and anticipates potential problems and finds alternative solutions
Reviews and provides input on maintaining satisfactory levels of ROI on assigned accounts
Looks for opportunities to grow current client billings
Able to direct and coordinate the activities of others in the team
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Requires Bachelor?s Degree in Advertising or Marketing or equivalent experience
Requires 2+ years of experience in a client-facing position
Excellent understanding of online marketing strategies such as SEO, PPC, Shopping feeds, Email marketing, Social Media, etc.
Candidates with experience working in an agency environment are preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally, externally and in written form
Strong project management skills
Must be an innovative problem solver, team player, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills
Candidates with knowledge of ecommerce are preferred.
