General Summary:
We have an immediate need for an Account Manager. Working from the corporate office in Solon, OH, the Account Manger position will be responsible for selling add-on mobile units and add-on features to existing accounts as well as retaining accounts and renewing service agreements.
The ideal candidate would have sales experience with a proven track record of success. Additionally this candidate should be customer oriented, aggressive and able to consistently exceed expectations constantly maintaining a must win attitude and approach.
Compensation for this position is salary based with the opportunity to earn additionally through compensation for meeting sales goals.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for pro-actively and reactively selling add-on mobile units to existing accounts.
Responsible for pro-actively and re-actively selling add-on features (workforce management integrations, fuel card integrations, Garmin)
Responsible for working with existing SageQuest accounts that have expressed an interest in either non-renewal or early termination with a goal to retain the maximum of units and accounts as possible.
Responsible for proactively working with existing accounts with a goal to resign accounts to 24 -36 month service agreements.
Plan and prioritize call activity with an emphasis on managing personal time, productivity and accurate forecasting of strong leads.
Document all activity and key information within SageQuest CRM.
Present SageQuest capabilities through web based demonstrations.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of customer facing role, including some focus on account sales.
Experience working with customers via phone or virtual basis.
Ability to understand and easily present technology based products.
Ability to understand and present compelling valued add / ROI proposals
Demonstrated previous history of strong achievement and self-motivation.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong computer and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products and CRM solutions
