Account Manager ChoiceStream

Position Summary:
The Account Manager will work directly with the CRUNCH Sales and Ad Operations teams to help grow the existing CRUNCH client base, up-sell solutions, and drive revenue through the delivery of quality account service.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
--Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned regional key accounts
--Lead status calls, deliver meeting notes and work with internal teams on task delivery to ensure campaign objectives are achieved
--Support daily monitoring, and reporting of CRUNCH campaign performance and proactively communicate, resolve or escalate issues as necessary
--Assist Advertising Operations team with effective campaign strategy and execution
--Function as an internal expert on the use and best practices of CRUNCH, and offer insights to clients on how to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
The job requires a team player with high energy, initiative and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include:
--1 to 3 years of experience in a digital advertising environment
--BA/BS degree in Business or related field preferred
--Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment
--Exceptional organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
--Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
--Experience with Dart, Atlas, AdDatabase, Nielsen preferred
--Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly
--Start-up mentality, eagerness to be hands-on and get things done
