As part of the Intronis sales team you will ensure effective management of customer accounts within the sales territories which will produce mutually rewarding business outcomes and customer satisfaction. As an active member of the Intronis Sales team youll manage business relationships to ensure that your clients needs and requirements are met to further develop our high standard of satisfaction which drives revenue. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships within your regional assigned accounts to retain, grow commitment and provide customer resources when needed
- Coordinates with marketing to develop programs to retain and increase customers growth rates
- Lead new customers through on-boarding process working closely with our sales and customer support team to ensure successful completion and meeting customers expectations
- Conduct strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and usage trends
- Deliver monthly sales quota and forecast
- Build a growth strategy for our strategic customers
- Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction and contract renewal
- Attend regional customer events and industry conferences
Qualified candidates for this position are/have:
- Previous software sales experience with knowledge of IT MSP channel sales and SaaS driven companies
- Familiarity with consultative selling or solution selling concepts a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements
- Team player but able to work under own initiative
- Consistent track record of success in closing business, and creating / managing a robust pipeline
Education/Experience:
- Successful sales track record in software industry
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and industry knowledge
- BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
- 5-7 years of experience in sales/account management
- Competent with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
