Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages an assigned book of business and build and expand relationships with existing clients
Communicates with existing clients to ensure quality service is being delivered
Responds to client requests and questions within ability/knowledge
Meet with clients and underwriters alone or in conjunction with the Account Executive
Manages the renewal process with the guidance of the Account Executive(s)
Develop and coordinate the execution of renewal timelines
Assist in the New business and renewal presentations (oral and written)
Gather and analyze exposure and loss information
Conduct marketing as assigned by the Account Executive(s)
Prepares and delivers underwriting submissions
Work with claims consultants to ensure proper advocacy of claims
Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in business-related field; Risk Management is preferred, or equivalent education and/or work experience
Minimum of 3 years? experience with commercial property and casualty coverages
Current Georgia Property and Casualty insurance license
Computer Skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge AMS and ImageRight preferred
Working Knowledge of Carrier online systems
Ability to work successfully in a deadline driven environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop sound relationships with multiple clients.
Ability to effectively interact with underwriters and clients.
Attendance at carrier and client social functions to build network of relationships.
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight as needed.
