OUR CUSTOMERS
We serve the leaders in the foodservice industry which include - McDonald's, Burger King, Jack in the Box, Albertsons, White Castle, KFC, Carrabba's, Applebee's, Chili's, and leading independant restaurants.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Our Account Managers have a high level of visibility and accountability for maintaining and developing existing key account customer relationships in an assigned territory. They will manage the entire sales process for value added oil management programs for smaller multi-concept (franchisee), single concept (independent), regional chain restaurants and other foodservice industries. This role will maintain our current customer base and manage the customer relationships. This position is a contributing position and not responsible for managing a sales force.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Prospect, propose and close chain account and independent sales
- Perform high volume cold calling / prospecting to identify win/win opportunities
- Build & maintain ongoing rapport with key individuals at customer locations
- Manage sales materials, presentations, contracts (new and renewals) & pricing
- Track & enter daily sales activities, leads, pipeline into online sales tracking system (Oracle CRM)
- Conduct installation equipment surveys on-site with customer
- Ensure smooth roll-out for customer installs
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or university; or 3 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Continuous outside sales experience & history of progressive company sales results & earnings
- Effective organizational planning, communication, and superior time management
- Proven ability to prospect, propose, negotiate & close within a short sales cycle
- Previous experience with extensive cold calling and strategic selling experience
- Experience in outside sales, food service, industrial experience a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with familiarity with online technologies (customer & sales tracking software)
