Account Manager BASE
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Base CRM is looking for a performance-driven, smart individual to join its Sales team. The company's main product, Base, is the next generation of CRM software and is sold based on a monthly/annual subscription.
We are looking for individuals that have a good understanding of technology, are passionate about mobile and cloud computing and are looking to join a company that grows exponentially and redefines business software.
Respond to incoming sales and product inquiries, whether via phone, email, or in-person
Reach out to prospective customers (both warm and cold leads) to train and help them choose the right premium plan
Help customers renew or upgrade their subscription, and remain active customers
Gather relevant customer feedback to help improve the product
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, four-year University
2+ years of previous software or technical sales (Cloud and SaaS a plus)
Comfortable speaking to potential and current customers over the phone and demoing solutions through a WebEx / GoToMeeting type of solution
Working knowledge of CRM systems a plus
Great communication skills
Highly motivated, relentless, and hungry
Experience in demoing software over the phone a plus
Ability to work in a fast growing dynamic environment
