Description
Provide our clients with world-class account support, adding consistent value and effectively executing against their complex campaign needs.
This position is responsible for client relations, account management, project management and ad campaign execution, launch and success for Internet Retailer Top-100 advertisers. You will also be accountable for maintaining and maximize client revenue in an ROI-focused environment, ultimately helping us grow our market share.
Essential Job Functions/Activities
? Providing consultative marketing support and guidance to an assigned group of Dotomi's clients.
? Support of Sr Account Manager on key strategic accounts
? Interacting daily with clients via phone and email contact.
? Travel to client site periodically for client presentations (10% travel).
? Developing, maintaining, and extending relationships with clients supporting the Dotomi Client Development team.
? Setting, meeting, and exceeding aggressive revenue goals for each assigned client.
? Providing strategic advice internally and externally in order to increase each client's ROI.
? Managing internal resources to ensure that Dotomi delivers results for each client.
? Learning and understanding the full capabilities of Dotomi?s systems.
Minimum Job Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to support the needs of the Account Management Team at Dotomi. A strong candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor?s Degree
? Years of Experience: 4+
Specific Skills & Abilities:
? Proven track record in Account Management (direct marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus)
? Very strong analytical/reporting skills
? Experience with managing creative copy and design using data and testing methodologies
? Excellent client service acumen, presentation and writing skills
? Creative, self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple projects while consistently meeting and exceeding objectives
? Strong entrepreneurial attitude
? Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
? Track record of working across an organization to get things done
? The ability to learn quickly and think strategically + identify areas of improvement and act on them
