The Account Manager is primarily responsible for servicing current clients and expanding our penetration into current offices in the Chicago area including parts. They will also be responsible for opening new offices for clients where we are approved and cold calling smaller regional carriers and TPAs. Qualified applicants must be comfortable with learning sophisticated sale, but not above copying files.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
Seek out and deliver new opportunities for products
Establish regular office visits to pick up file materials and ensure customer satisfaction
Provide assistance to Regional Sales Manager.
Maintain high level of customer service by interacting between operations personnel and end user
Provide various reports on daily and weekly sales activity.
Stay closely in touch with clients and the market overall to provide important feedback on marketing, product strategy, client support and other operational areas to maintain our competitive edge and advantage in the market
Represent the sales organization at regional conferences, client meetings and other public forums
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
2 years of sales experience within insurance services, claims services, investigative services, or nurse case management.
Self motivated and goal oriented
High degree of personal integrity
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong personal skills - able to build and maintain relationships.
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to collaborate with others in a fast paced, action oriented, collaborative environment
Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation and organizational skills
Extensive Travel, Car required for position
