Account Manager OmniGuide
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Primary Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
o Create and execute weekly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
o Manage and grow disposable and capital business within a defined group of accounts.
o Grow business by adding new surgeons users, and increasing utilization with current surgeon users.
o Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas.
o Sell or lease capital equipment to existing customers.
o Maintain accurate account records.
o Ensure effective coverage and customer support, including attending surgical procedures, within
o Manage expenses.
Influence and Selling Skills
o Identify, establish, and maintain productive relationships with key decision makers.
o Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations.
o Represent OmniGuide, Inc. at industry conferences.
o Develop and implement strategies to counter competitive products.
o Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints.
o Educate customers to ensure product understanding and effective usage.
o Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional company image.
Communication and Company Support:
o Contribute to the development of a strong team effort.
o Actively participate and lead company initiatives such as product launches, key customer
educational and training programs, and strategic planning sessions.
o Communicate market intelligence/competitive product activity.
Self Development and Product Knowledge:
o Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge.
o Demonstrate a high level of organization
o Demonstrate good strategic thinking and decision making skills
o Recognize and understand competitive products, features and strengths in relation to OmniGuide,
o Actively participate in skills development programs.
We offer a competitive compensation plan which includes a base salary plus a commission structure. At plan
your total compensation would be in the range of 50-90K.
