TiER1 is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, energetic, ?smart but humble? Account Manager who can
be part of our rapidly growing team in Cleveland, OH. We are looking for a top sales performer who
is highly experienced in targeting and developing relationships with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. The ability to identify client performance needs and aligning solutions with TiER1?s expertise in Knowledge, Learning, Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management is essential. The perfect person will have background in sales or business development in the consulting or learning field, and will
have a deep network of HR and IT decision-makers in the Cleveland area.
5+ years of experience selling services and managing major accounts in the consulting field
Strong executive relationship experience in Fortune 500 and other large corporate clients
Familiarity with learning and development, organizational effectiveness and change management performance-based services
Extensive market knowledge of HR/Learning buyer relationships within the Cleveland area
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas, particularly in writing
Be well-respected and trusted professionally and very likable personally
Be capable of both big-picture thinking and detailed task execution
Align well with the TiER1 culture which means you should enjoy collaborative work, be disciplined but entrepreneurial and creative, place a high value on personal relationships and the opportunity to impact people, have very high personal standards of excellence, and value the creation of value for others.
