Job Summary:
The Account Manager ? Client Services works directly with enterprise level clients that utilize our infrastructure to gain access to provisioning orders for products and services from Bridgevine?s network of suppliers. The account manager will be responsible for managing this relationship in a manner that ensures longevity and delivers year over year growth. This position will be located in Alpharetta, GA.
Job Description:
Serve as client?s primary point of contact and liaison to Bridgevine?s functional departments, including but not limited to: IT, Development, QA, Product Reporting and Business Intelligence.
Manage clients in a consultative manner, one that demonstrates Bridgevine?s commitment to mutual success and leads to additional revenue opportunities.
Be responsive to client requests while tactfully balancing said requests in a manner that ensures Bridgevine exceeds client?s expectations, however, doesn?t over-burden internal resources.
Set goals and objectives for each assigned client. Forecast and monitor performance relative to P&L targets, operational objectives, relationships metrics, etc.
Seek improvements in operational efficiency/effectiveness; establish internal and external processes that benefit Bridgevine and its clients.
Manage multiple key projects.
Facilitate information sharing and drive mutual accountability.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree required; MBA a very strong plus.
3-5 years related experience: client management and development.
Experience in online or digital services industries (television, phone and Internet).
Strong consideration given to client management in experience in SaaS models.
Well rounded business skills (general management, product, operations, marketing, sales, negotiation, finance/accounting), and ability to think strategically and creatively.
Self-motivated, bias for action, results oriented.
Must be highly professional, while demonstrating outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Must possess proven project management experience and be highly organized with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Up to 20% travel.
