Account Manager - Client Services
We are looking for experienced and highly organized individuals with the ability work in a fast-paced environment.? The ideal candidates have 3 to 5 years experience in a pharmaceutical agency environment, and must live and breathe innovation.
In this position, you would have a critical role with regard to the maintenance, development and growth of our client relationships.
Interface with client, serving as liaison between client and internal execution teams
Understand and communicate core company services in the areas of branding, market research and education
Prepare contact reports, status reports, initial and updated timelines for all client activity
Accurately and effectively communicate client input to internal teams
Work with clients to gain necessary regulatory approval for projects
Prioritize objectives appropriately while balancing strategic needs and operational considerations
Maintain client budgets, create client facing burn reports
1-3 years account management/client service role at an advertising agency managing pharmaceutical clients
Execute work with cross-functional teams including creative, technical, and functional resources
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media
Team player, upbeat and outgoing, independent thinker
Experience with development of interactive/social media campaigns is a plus
