Responsible for managing and overseeing both existing and new client relationships with the support and direction of the Senior Account Managers and Business Development Teams. This position requires effective client communication skills and the ability to facilitate the internal data collection process for multiple simultaneous projects.
Responsibilities include managing project budgets and schedules, pro-actively reviewing projects in field and resolving client issues. Other responsibilities include building strong client relationships through contributions to presentations, client meetings and conferences, and continuing to manage those relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will work with all internal departments, specifically the Project Management teams to assist in their career development.
Must have 3-5 years professional experience in market research account management or related field; healthcare market research experience preferred
Must be well organized, detail oriented, client focused, driven and thrive in a fast paced environment with daily deadlines
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with internal teams and external clients/contacts in a professional manner
Must be able to manage a small team, work with their development and mentor team members
Must possess a high level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning to use proprietary software
