Job Description:
HighJump Software, TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group provides everything small-to-mid tier companies need to fully implement EDI from one source. Since 1995, our mission has been to make EDI painless by providing a comprehensive, end-to-end EDI solution that is easy to use, robust, and affordable. Customers use our award-winning solution to exchange tens of millions of EDI transactions annually within a variety of industries including retail, banking, healthcare, and government.
Account Manager needed to sell add-on software and solutions to existing customers while identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas as put forth by the company.
Maintain an acceptably high level of sales activity as determined by the company.
Build and maintain a robust sales funnel as determined by the company.
Proactively contact current customers to explain, build value for and sell additional products.
Conduct effective sales presentations via telephone with current customers.
Help to solve customer issues in a timely manner.
Contact internal resources as necessary to resolve customer issues.
Identify reference accounts.
Update customer records as necessary.
Monitor and record customer satisfaction levels.
Attend sales department meetings and educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends within the industry.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of inside sales, customer service or telemarketing experience.
Bachelor?s degree required.
Strong closing and customer service-related skills.
Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative.
Strong phone skills, exceptional listening skills and above average problem solving skills.
Must have exhibited proficiency using e-mail and NetSuite (or a similar CRM system).
Proven ability in building client rapport.
Organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Working knowledge of EDI very helpful.
