Account Manager Active Network

We are seeking a committed and driven Account Manager for our Youth and Education market. As an Account Manager you will be working with our Youth and Education clients across North America to assure optimal customer growth, satisfaction and retention.
This is an excellent permanent full-time position with salary plus bonus, and long term opportunity for sales career growth at Active!
Job Responsibilities:
• Drive sales to existing customer accounts (software and services)
• Build and maintain relationships with client base
• Provide non-technical support and facilitate resolution of customer issues
• Fulfill seasonal renewals and maintain comprehensive customer records
• Maintain regular quarterly contact with assigned client base
Candidate Requirements:
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication and organizational skills
• Good working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience with web-hosted applications an asset
• Ability to learn new computer applications quickly
• Very driven with a strong, proactive work ethic
• Must be a team oriented person that thrives on achieving personal and organizational goals
• Excels working in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment
• 3+ Years Sales Experience Preferred, 1 Year minimum
