Account Manager / Digital Strategist MaxPoint Interactive

Support the Sales Team in managing client relationships and revenue pipeline, primarily focused on digital ad agencies or brands with in-house digital media capabilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts to ensure that all clients receive a superior level of service
Recognize client need and generate innovative solutions/strategy
Evaluate creative and campaign goals based on strategy/client needs
Develop RFPs, generate media plans, create IOs
Assist in the development of sales presentations and collateral
Track and provide feedback and recommendations on upcoming, live, and completed campaigns to ensure optimal and timely delivery and overall performance that exceeds client?s expectations
Assist in the preparation of monthly billing documents
Communicate client performance, target audience, and delivery expectations internally
Prepare client-related creative and strategic deliverables
Monitor relevant consumer insights and competitive developments
Develop close working relationships with other departments, including Applied Analytics, Sales, and Development
Some travel as needed (<10%). Business travel expenses are fully covered

BS, BA or equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college is preferred
2+ years demonstrated success in account management, advertising, or consulting or previous client service industry experience
Digital media or ad network experience is a plus, but not required
