Eventful, Inc., the world?s leading digital media company connecting consumers with entertainment and live events, currently seeks a full-time Account Manager. This person must be a self-starter, energetic and must have strong sales/marketing experience working with external clients.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage, retain, grow and satisfy Eventful?s most critical customer business relationships. The Account Manager will be working closely with sales representatives as deals close, then with numerous stakeholders within the organization to ensure campaigns are launched effectively and efficiently, and finally with the client to follow up with campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
Managing client relationships upon close of sale, including determining KPIs, deliverables and approvals, and asset management in order to achieve client goals and timelines
Responsible for campaign execution, optimization and reporting
Maintaining regularly scheduled communications with client to ensure their needs are being met and to answer questions they may have
Collecting/organizing creative and trafficking assets received from the client ? acting as liaison between the client and our internal creative/production departments
Collaborate with partners and Sales Representatives on proposal development and presentations
Process and respond to RFP?s for designated Sales Team members
Understand how Eventful products will assist accounts in reaching their marketing goals

Proactively create strategic recommendations and optimizations for each client
Ensuring all internal teams involved in campaign execution are informed as to client expectations, special requests and timelines
Achieve a thorough understanding of all internal systems to respond to client requests; including billing inquiries, click activity inquiries, etc.

Obtain research and case studies for sales presentations when needed
Communicate with vendors regarding upcoming campaigns
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with good knowledge of web analytics and statistical analysis
3 years of sales/marketing experience ? Email, digital advertising and media planning experience is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment with revolving deadlines
Ability to identify and solve problems, create and innovate on behalf of clients and multitask
Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers
