Job Description:

Lingotek provides web based translation tools that allow companies to move translation services and translation project management online. Services we provide include translation project management, collaborative translation using volunteer communities, professional translation services, and technologies such as natural language processing, translation memories, and machine translation.

Role:

The Account Manager position requires a strong technical apptitude and 2-4 years of experience managing enterprise software accounts. As an Account Manager, you will review, analyze, and evaluate IT systems, gather requirements and maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts. You will demonstrate our application to potential new clients and help devise implementation strategies. You will respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. You will ensure appropriate SLAs are met. You will document, track and monitor the problem to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities:

Identify, reproduce, and isolate software defects
Report and track defects using defect management software
Work with customers to gather requirements, help with implementations, and troubleshoot installation issues
Work with product management, software developers, and test leads to validate requirements and introduce finished features into client premise or custom installation environments
Demonstrate our application to potential new clients and help devise implementation strategies

Requirements:

2-4 years experience managing enterprise software accounts
Medium-to-high degree of computer and web literacy, Linux/Unix experience a plus
Excellent customer service skills and technical support troubleshooting skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Foreign language experience preferred
