This Account Manager will be working with our Enterprise customers. Account Managers are responsible for managing the retention and MRR growth of approximately 50 â€" 150 customers throughout their entire customer lifecycle.
In this role, the Account Manager will work closely with members of the sales and services teams to assess and understand customer goals, manage expectations, and ensure success. They will develop meaningful relationships at multiple levels within customer accounts and maintain a keen understanding of the customer's business. Working with members of the sales team, they will identify, develop and close opportunities for additional products or professional services to expand and entrench HubSpot's position. The AM will also serve as the primary escalation point for resolving problems that compromise the value of HubSpot.
The key to the Account Manager role is blending sales and customer management skills along with a strong proficiency with the HubSpot application to expand the depth and breadth of HubSpot's adoption and usage. The ideal candidate will be able to engage with management at large companies as well as with stakeholders in marketing, sales, and IT.
