Account Manager - Enterprise MaxPoint Interactive
The Enterprise Account Manager is a crucial and exciting role that operates at the intersection of advertising strategy, digital marketing operations, analytics, sales support and client service. The Enterprise Account Manager will work closely with Marketing Analytics and Business Analytics teams to execute successful campaigns that drive in-store sales and construct deep and actionable insights utilizing a consistently evolving portfolio of MaxPoint products and capabilities. The Enterprise Account Manager will also be responsible for aligning client and vendor creative and targeting strategy with cutting edge digital campaign execution and success measurement.
The Enterprise Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for MaxPoint?s Enterprise solution clients and be the operational spearhead for their advertising campaigns and marketing services. An ideal Enterprise Account Manager possesses the ability to be creative, consultative, analytical, communicative, and insightful. The ability to keep organized, positive, and focused under the pressures of a fast-paced work environment is a must.
Assist the Enterprise sales team in developing proposals, presentations, and other collateral essential to winning new business
Translate robust performance and audience data results into actionable and clear insights for clients post-campaign
Evaluate top-level ROI analysis, or YoY sales lift results with Business and Marketing analytics teams, and produce a final campaign report for client distribution, in which we also provide MaxPoint recommendations for future campaigns
Serve as the primary point of contact with key clients on ad agency and in-house brand teams, keeping in close communication and ensuring that they receive a superior level of service at all times
Track performance, make active recommendations, and provide regular updates about live campaigns to ensure performance that exceeds client expectations
Interface with a wide variety of client contacts (Project Managers to Media Planners to Director and VP level marketing executives) and provide guidance to 3rd party vendors towards optimal campaign setup and strategy given MaxPoint capabilities and industry developments
Strategize with the Marketing Analytics team towards an ideal campaign set-up
Work with the Business Analytics team to launch and monitor complex advertising campaigns
Build creative and landing page mock-ups for clients, and recommend updates to existing creative and landing page to drive optimal performance
Generate media plans, IOs, and other essential corporate documents, as well as assist in the execution of monthly billing processes
