ImpactRx is looking for a motivated individual seeking an opportunity to advance his/her career while working for the leader for pharmaceutical promotion decision support. The Account Manager position will oversee the distribution of and ensure high level of client satisfaction with ImpactRx deliverables and ensure renewal of assigned client accounts and products.
Job Requirements:
Oversee the distribution of and ensure high level of client satisfaction with ImpactRx deliverables and ensure renewal of assigned accounts and products;
Prepare final deliverables, providing critical insight to the product offering, including a meaningful executive summary and key take-aways on reports which the client finds actionable;
Through existing relationships, seek out opportunities and sell new and/or expanded product options to your core client team and where possible new brand teams or related departments within assigned client accounts;
Collaborate effectively with ImpactRx Account Services, Custom Market Research and Advanced Analytics to ensure product quality and timely delivery of syndicated and/or custom research and analytics research for assigned accounts;
Communicate the value of the ImpactRx research to the client in a concise, cogent manner in meetings and other interactions with the client;
Work with supervisor to prepare and deliver customized client presentations, for both prospects and deliverables for existing clients;
Demonstrate independence in working with clients on more complex issues:
Identifying client team needs,
Pitching back into ImpactRx ideas about what will fit those needs,
Managing negotiations and discussion with client on more difficult issues, e.g., pricing and scoping of work, QC problems, etc.,
Display involvement in activities outside scope of immediate job:
Special projects, coordination with cross functional groups,
Raising opportunities for company (strategic, product).
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree required.
A minimum of 5-7 years experience in market research or client management in the pharmaceutical industry
Possess the skills to contribute ad hoc analytics through various research approaches based off data from the proprietary ImpactRx database
Demonstrating leadership potential:
Building coalitions and consensus to get things done at ImpactRx,
Respected by peers, management and functional departments for overall competence and ability to drive the business,
Constructively resolves conflict and builds strong working relationships with all colleagues.
Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills
Ability to function independently with limited supervision
Desire to work in a fast paced, performance driven, growth environment
Possess fundamental IT skills: knowledge of data manipulation in Excel and other query tools (Microstrategy preferred), PowerPoint formatting experience, and general office management tools.
