Caradigm is hiring for an Account Manager role. This role is ideal for an individual considering a career in sales and customer service in the dynamic and growing field of healthcare software. This individual will be responsible for delighting our customer base by fostering relationships and delivering top-notch customer service to many of the leading healthcare systems in the U.S. This individual is also accountable for finding, managing and driving add-on sales to the Identity Access Management customer base.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Finds, manages, and drives to closure add-on sales to existing IAM customers
? Prepares quotes and contract amendments, tracks sales and progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
? Generates leads for sales team for provisioning product
? Proactively conducts regular outreach to customers to drive client satisfaction and up sell opportunities
? Manages customer requests via telephone or email, including but not limited to:
- Analyzing the request
- Responding to the request appropriately
- Routing request to appropriate colleague if required
- Ensuring request has been resolved whether directly or indirectly responsible
? Accountable for owning, updating and maintaining accurate customer data in CRM
? Gains rapid knowledge of products, services, prices and delivery times. Maintains knowledge as products, policies, and processes change and evolve.
? Measurement for success in this role includes but is not limited to attainment of sales targets, customer satisfaction, lead generation and working in a manner in accordance with Caradigm values
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Care Administration or other relevant degree
? Experience in a marketing, sales or customer service role
? Enjoys and takes satisfaction in helping others
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Works well in a team environment
? Effective decision making skills
? Ability to work in ambiguous situations
? Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
? Healthcare and software experience preferred
