Grow revenue from assigned set of existing customers by establishing a deep understanding of customer needs, building a pipeline of cross selling opportunities, and driving opportunities to close.
Establish, own, and grow trusted client relationships across all levels of a customer organization (from C-level to development teams) , primarily via phone and email.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction across assigned set of accounts while achieving quarterly revenue objectives
Prioritize customer needs and coordinate cross functional internal teams to drive customer issues to closure (via Support, Product, Engineering).
1-5 years sales and/or account management experience at a SAAS or Enterprise Software company.
Solid understanding of cloud computing trends, with an appreciation of modern web frameworks
You are a strong listener and communicator.
You can confidently lead a discussion with a group of Product Managers, Engineers and Executives.
You have a bachelor?s degree, preferably in math, science, or engineering.
